Requesting authorization to amend the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) contract with Mujeres Unidas and Hidalgo County Urban County Program. The amendment will increase the current existing contract amount of $191,745.00 by $34,154.48 for a proposed total of $225,899.48.
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Urban County Program is requesting authorization to amend the existing contract with Mujeres Unidas under the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) PY 2011. The amended dollar amount would increase the Shelter Operations activities respectively. These funds were made available after another (ESG) sub-recipient forfeited their PY 2011 awarded allocation. Further, this does not change the scope of work.
Approval is recommended.
