BACKGROUND
As per Erma Castillo at the Planning Department:
1) I retyped the Agreement and will write in the date of when County Comm. Court approved the Agreement; #
2) I am sending you an attachment with the breakdown of the estimate $11,721.60;
3) If there are additional costs to pay for the pipes, Pct. 3 has been paying the additional costs; and
4) It is being sent to Legal Council for review and signature of approval.
