BACKGROUND
Alcocer Garcia Associates, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for professional architectural services for a public facility project within the City of Weslaco. Alcocer Garcia Associates, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
