The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on July 17, 2012 and October 1, 2012. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
