Consideration and approval to submit Amendment Request No.3 which includes a Performance Statement Amendment, a Budget Amendment and an Implementation Schedule Amendment to the General Land Office (GLO) Contract No. 12-406-000-6453/ DRS210068.

The proposed Performance Statement Amendment will state that Grantee (Hidalgo County) will partner with Hidalgo County Border Colonias Access Program (BCAP) to provide drainage and paving improvements for Tijerina Estates in Precinct No.1. BCAP will be responsible for funding the paving improvements while Grantee will be responsible for funding the drainage improvements. Tijerina Estates improvements will be let out for bids as one project inclusive of paving and drainage. The Budget Amendment will allow the estimated construction cost of BCAP Improvements to be included in the Flood & Drainage Line Item Category for the GLO Budget to allow for the completion of this project. The Project Implementation schedules for the Round 2.1 projects have been altered to reflect an estimated time frame of the 100% design submittals, advertising and bid openings.
