Requesting authorization to enter into agreement with the Texas Homeless Network Agency Partner for HMIS Services and authorize UCP Director to sign.
BACKGROUND
According to Federal regulations, Hidalgo County, a recipient of Emergency Solutions Grant is required to participate in an HMIS (Homeless Management Information System). The HMIS is an Information System designed by the Continuum of Care to comply with HUD’s Data Collection, Management and Reporting Standards and used to collect client-level data and data on the provision of housing services to homeless individuals and families and persons of at risk of homelessness. Urban County Program is requesting that Urban County Director sign the Texas Homeless Network Agency Partner Agreement to comply with HUD’s regulations.
