BACKGROUND
All ROW acquisition that falls inside City limits will be under the name of the City. ROW under the ETJ will be under the County's name. City of Weslaco will reimburse the County 50% of all expenditures not reimbursed by TxDOT (whether they fall in the City or ETJ).
