BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funds available $63,808.53 as of 7/25/13. The lump sum amount for services under this work authorization is $407,281.98 based upon the cost outlined in the estimated cost proposal attached hereto as Attachment D. As per AFA TxDOT portion is 80% & County portion is 20%. As per ILA, the City of Weslaco will contribute one half of costs not reimbursed by TxDOT. Therefore, County portion will be $40,728.20 calculated as follows:
TxDOT Participation (80%) $325,825.58
County Participation (20%) $81,456.40
Work Authorization No. 2 Lump Sum $407,281.98
From the 20% County Participation, City of Weslaco agrees to reimburse the County half, therefore, total County contribution will be $40,728.20.
