The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Hidalgo is requesting approval of amendment to professional service agreement with EGV Architects, Inc., to increase agreement in the amount of $39,679.73 utilizing CDBG FY (2010) Non-Residential Historical Preservation project funds to develop a Preservation Master Plan as requested by the Texas Historical Commission.
BACKGROUND
EGV Architects, Inc. submitted an amendment request for professional architectural services contract for Hidalgo Non-Residential Historical Preservation project. (Attached for review is amended Professional Services Agreement and Exhibit A-1).
