BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on July 30, 2013 and September 3 & 24, 2013. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, October 16, 2013.
