Urban County Program, on behalf of the Precinct No. 3, is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for surveying services with CVQ Land Surveyors, in the amount of $21,600.00 utilizing Texas General Land Office (GLO) funds for drainage improvements.
BACKGROUND
CVQ Land Surveyors, was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on
October 22, 2013. Contract approval in the amount of $ 21,600.00 is being requested for surveying services and legal counsel has approved the form contract as of February 28, 2013. See attached contract, letter of best and final offer, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
Surveying Firm: CVQ Land Surveyors.
Contract Amount: $21, 600.00
Available funding: $540,233.00
