Also, as you know, trial in this case is set for December 9, 2013. The deadline to conduct mediation is November 8, 2013. We have been approached by Plaintiffs’ counsel and he is suggesting we mediate this case on October 30, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. with Mediator Alfred Denham. Mr. Denham is tentatively holding the date for us. However, we need to confirm as soon as possible. Please provide us with your availability to attend mediation on October 30th at 1:30 p.m. at your earliest opportunity. Thank you
