Requesting Commissioners Court's approval of a finding and authorization, pursuant to Article 3, Section 52(a) of the Texas Constitution, Section (i), for the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office to purchase consumable items and imprint the Sheriff's Office logo on said items, which will serve a public purpose, through our educational/instructional and training programs.  Items are introduced through these programs, while promoting our educational message, helping to interact with participants, thereby instilling, strengthening, and reinforcing our partnership and commitment to the citizens of Hidalgo County.
