Requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of Progreso’s Urban County Program FY 26 (2013) work plan. The amendment will delete the current streets and add new streets to the work plan.

 A Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Progreso approved a program amendment for Fiscal Year 26 (2013):

The proposed amendment will delete the current streets:
Baker Drive (from FM 1015 to Catarina Street) 2) Baker Drive (from Arroyo Street to Gonzalez Road), and Miracle Road (from Catarina Road to end of road going west);

The proposed amendment will add the following streets:
Champion St. (from Business FM 1015 to Miles Street), East Palms St. (From Miles St. East to Dead End.), West Palms St. (from Lyons St. West to Dead End), Colonia La Leona M Flores St. (from Business FM 1015 east to dead end), Hidalgo St (from Shelby St, North to Malone St.). These streets were environmentally cleared in FY 25 (2012).
