Requesting approval of Change Order No. 1 (increase-reflects CCD #s 1 & 2) in connection with the "Repairs and Renovations-1st and 2nd Floor to the Former Administration Building," in the amount of $81,802.00 from contracted vendor, D. Wilson Construction, Inc., and as recommended by project architect, Alcocer Garcia Associates, with authority for County Judge to execute document.
