The applicant was approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on December 3, 2013 & February 11, 2014. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, March 5, 2014.
