Urban County Program on behalf of Precinct No.1 is requesting approval for the purchase and installation of sprinkler systems at the Sunset Park baseball fields from Green Thumb Irrigation & Landscaping in the total amount of $10,756.00, utilizing FY 21 (2008) Parks, Recreational Facility funds.

 Three written quotes were received at the Precinct No. 1 office and Green Thumb Irrigation & Landscaping was the lowest. The installation of the sprinkler systems include the following:1-Rainbird ESPMe outdoor controller, 12- Rainbird PEB 2” electric valves, 2.5” Class 200 mainline, approximately 64-I-25 rotors with Lasco sch. 40 swing joints, approximately 56-Raimbird 5004 Rotors with RB swing joints, 1 – year warranty, 13-10” Ametex heavy duty valve boxes, 1-Rainbird wireless rainsensor, 14 guage direct burial wiring and miscellaneous fittings.
