Discussion, consideration, and approval to execute an agreement between the County of Hidalgo and Fred Loya Insurance Agency to act as a limited-service deputy authorized agent of the County in the issuance of Motor Vehicle License Renewal Stickers.

Fred Loya Insurance desires to act as a limited-service deputy authorized agent for Hidalgo County and the Tax Assessor Collector.  Fred Loya agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, and requirements of the Hidalgo County Tax Assessor-Collector.  Fred Loya Insurance has guaranteed faithful performance of duties by posting a surety bond in the amount of $5,000. per location.  There are six locations being considered. (i.e. Donna, Elsa, La Joya, McAllen N. 10th, McAllen N. 23rd, & Mission).
