2. Approval of revised salary schedule.

As part of the County Commissioners Court cost reduction mandates, the Department of Budget and Management initiated a pilot project referred to as the Outsourced Custodial Initiative. On 06/17/14 County Commissioners Court approved agenda item #44642. This agenda item awarded a contract for the Privatization of Custodial Services at the New Administration Building. The county will now outsource custodial services and utilize contract labor in lieu of county custodial staff for the New Administration Building. The contracted vendor costs will be offset by the savings gained from the deletion of 3 custodial positions/ slots.
