1. Discussion, consideration, acceptance and approval of Advance Funding Agreement between Hidalgo County and Texas Department of Transportation for North Alamo Road from FM 1925 to 0.5 miles North project (CSJ: 0921-02-311) with authority for the County Judge to sign the agreement.

Approval to issue check payable to Texas Department of Transportation Trust Fund in the amount of $34,200.00 to cover the estimated share of Preliminary Engineering and Right of Way associated with this project and with the County Treasurer to issue check after review and processing procedures are completed by the County Auditor.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Reference PO#684964 WA#2 Preliminary Engineering includes North Alamo Road which is 100% local participation.(Estimated cost is $133,040.00)
Funding needed for the AFA minus the Preliminary Engineering is $91,910.00, of which $86,900.00 will be coming from a reduction in Supplemental Agreement No.3 to Work Authorization No.1 (AI-45598), which will be processed as soon as monies become available and transferred to the North Alamo Road project.
Also, please reference AI-45604, interfund transfer for $5,010.00, in addition to the $86,900.00, to bring funding to $91,910.00
