BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on June 3 & 24, 2014. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, July 9, 2014.
