The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Progreso is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Javier Hinojosa Engineering/Consulting Engineers in the amount of $23,810.00 utilizing CDBG FY 25 (2012) Street Improvements project.

Javier Hinojosa Engineering/Consulting Engineers submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a street improvements project (Champion St. (from Business FM 1015 to Miles Street), East Palms St. (From Miles St. East to Dead End.), West Palms St. (from Lyons St. West to Dead End), Colonia La Leona M Flores St. (from Business FM 1015 east to dead end), Hidalgo St (from Shelby St, North to Malone St.) within the City of Progreso. Javier Hinojosa Engineering/Consulting Engineers was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioners’ Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
