The Urban County Program has received and reviewed proposals for the 2013 and 2014 HOME/CHDO Program funding years. A committee scored submissions on a competitive basis, relative to specific evaluation criteria. The proposals submitted by Proyecto Azteca, within each fiscal year, met all necessary conditions for funding. As such, the UCP requests approval to execute the FY 2013 and FY 2014 CHDO Agreements with Proyecto Azteca in order to facilitate the development of new single-family homes to be purchased by qualified, low to moderate-income families within the County.
