The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Peñitas is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Alcocer Garcia Associates, Inc., in the amount of $ 32,960.00 utilizing CDBG Fiscal Years 15 & 22-26 (2002, & 2009-2013) Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements funds.

Alcocer Garcia Associates Inc., submitted a best and final offer for professional architectural services for a parks, recreational facility improvements project that will consist of the development of Veteran’s Memorial Park, to include but not limited to Splash Pad area, landscaping, fencing memorial flagpole area, basketball court and all related expenditures for the completion of project. Alcocer Garcia Associates Inc., was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
