Requesting approval of a budget and program amendment for the City of Alamo Urban County Program FY’s 24 & 25 (2011 & 2012) work plans. The amendment will add funding ($41,795.76) for the new water distribution system.
BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing was held on December 2, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Alamo approved a budget and program amendment for FY’s 24 & 25 (2011 & 2012):
FY 24 (2011)
The proposed amendment will decrease the street improvements funds by $8,938.01 and increase the water/sewer improvements funds by $8,938.01. The amendment will also add the following scope of work: the purchase and installation of a new water distribution system to include but not limited to water lines, valves, fire hydrants, casing/bore, engineering fees, geotechnical and material testing fees, advertisements and all related appurtenances as they pertain to project completion. The new water lines, valves and fire hydrants will be installed along the south side of SH 495 from Alamo Road to Cesar Chavez Road and along the east side of Cesar Chavez road from SH 495 to approximately 600 feet north of US Expressway 83. This project was environmentally cleared in FY 25 (2013).
FY 25 (2012)
