Requesting approval to pay 2015 membership dues for TDCAA for the District Attorney's Office employees, with authority for County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit and procedures are completed by County Auditor.

BACKGROUND

The DA's Office will be invoiced throughout the year (2015) for each employee that attends a TDCAA seminar. Upon attendance to a TDCAA seminar/ training, a portion of the cost of meals and lodging are reimbused to the County by the TDCAA. Reimbursement amounts are set by the TDCAA depending on the training course/ seminar.
