Services are necessary for the Street Improvements to La Homa Road, a project in conjunction with Precinct No. 3 and the City of Palmview to acquire right of way necessary for the construction of a new bridge and drainage improvements on La Homa Road from Jimmy Garza Drive to US Business 83.
