Project consists of the installation of an 8-inch sanitary sewer line including but not limited to professional engineering services, advertisement fees, material testing fees and all related appurtenances as they pertain to project completion. Location: alleyways between 3rd Street and Railroad Street and Alley between Kansas Avenue and Wyoming Avenue.
