Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Progreso is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with GNH Company, LLC for a Street Improvements project in the amount of $505,173.50. Utilizing UCP – City of Progreso Street Improvement funds FYs’ 26, 27 & 28 (2013, 2014 & 2015).

BACKGROUND

Fulcrum Consulting Services prepared the specification packages and bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County – Purchasing Department on November 4, 2015 for the City of Progreso Street Improvements project. After review, the project engineer recommended GNH Company, LLC as the lowest of six (6) qualified bidders. (See attached recommendation letter from project engineer, copy of bid tabulation sheet and certificate of insurance.)
