Bids were requested and received for Precinct No.4 flood and drainage improvements. Raul Sesin P.E. prepared the bid specification packages. Bids were opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on October 28, 2015. After review, the project engineer recommended OG Construction, LLC as the lowest responsible bidder. (See attached recommendation letter from Raul Sesin P.E. CFM and copy of bid tabulations).The Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 agrees to contribute materials with a value of $189,000.00 and the sum of $178,452.46 to Urban County Program for the award of the third party construction contract. Mr. Steve Crain prepared the interlocal agreement document and it was approved by the Drainage District Board of Directors on November 10, 2015
