BACKGROUND
Project includes the complete development of a neighborhood park including a recreational area for kids, purchase and installlation of slides, swings, jungle gym set, and related recreational equipment. It will also include walking trail/runnin tract, small basketball pavilion, bathroom facility, sidewalks, small bbq pit areas with covered tables, benches, bleachers, parking lot, lighting, irrigation system, landscaping, and all other related appurtenances as they pertain to project completion. Park location is 215 Showers Road, Palmview, Texas.
