J. E. "Eddie" Guerra, Hidalgo County Sheriff to execute when necessary that such properties require disposition through sale with term of said agreement for an initial one year term and 2 additional [at County's sole option] one year extensions effective upon approval but in no event to exceed the statutory procurement limit and subject to compliance with HB23 and/or HB1205 when and if applicable.
