“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295 , when and if applicable.” The Urban County Program on behalf of City of Granjeno is requesting authority to purchase parks, recreational equipment/supplies through Hidalgo County’s membership and participation with Buyboard approved vendor Exerplay, Inc, (Buyboard Contract # 423-13) in the amount of $3,310.25 (quote attached hereto). Freight and installation are included in quote. City of Granjeno UCP Year 20 (2007) Parks, Recreational Facilities and Improvement funds will be utilized.

The equipment will be placed at the Granjeno City Park for recreational purposes. Delivery is expected within 60 days of receipt of purchase order.
