BACKGROUND
- Sheriff's Office employee #141275 may request to receive cash payment for accrued compensatory leave and holiday leave time from the Elected Official. The request must be submitted to the Commissioner's Court as the governing authority for approval. Employee shall be paid at an hourly rate commensurate with the employee's last classified "non-exempt" rate of pay.
