Discussion and approval of Memorandum of Understanding between Hidalgo County and United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
BACKGROUND
The purpose of this MOU is to document the responsibilities of the signees with regards to the installation and operation of a tower mounted antenna, equipment building and approximately 30' X 30' security enclosure protecting the generator fuel tank, equipment shelter and antenna tower at Havana Vat Tower Site.
