Requesting authorization to remove the assets listed in Exhibit A & B from the Fire Marshal's inventory and as is further detailed in the attached supporting documentation.

BACKGROUND

Through the inventory process and the department's yearly inventory inspections, the following items (see Exhibit A & B) have not been located. It is determined that the items under Exhibit A are unable to be located due to having been purchased by the previous administration and the item under Exhibit B was reported stolen, therefore, the department is asking to remove these assets from their inventory.
