Approval of Right of Way Permits:
1).  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation:
a. Station 91+40:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross Skinner Road with 91.0 lineal feet of 12-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 5.9 miles east of Edinburg, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 55.0- feet north of the centerline of said Skinner Road and FM 1925.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 38 lineal feet of 21-inch SDR26 PVC Casing to cross Skinner Road.
b.  Station 96+75:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross Rio Bravo Road with 91.0 lineal feet of 12-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 6.0 miles east of Edinburg, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 55.0- feet north of the centerline of said Rio Bravo Road and FM 1925.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 38 lineal feet of 21-inch SDR26 PVC casing to cross Rio Bravo Road.
c.  Station 117+75:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross Sunflower Road with 113.0 lineal feet of 12-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 6.3 miles east of Edinburg, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 55.0-feet north of the centerline of said Rio Bravo Road and FM 1925.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 33 lineal feet of 21-inch SDR26 PVC casing to cross Sunflower Road. 
d.  Station 00+00:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross Brushline Road with 63.0 lineal feet of 12-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 4.0 miles east of Edinburg, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 55.0-feet north of the centerline of said Brushline Road and FM 1925.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 36 lineal feet of 21-inch SDR26 PVC casing to cross Brushline Road.
e.  Station 14+30:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross Sharp Road with 60.0 lineal feet of 12-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 4.3 miles east of Edinburg, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 55.0-feet north of the centerline of said Brushline Road and FM 1925.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 33 lineal feet of 21-inch SDR26 PVC casing to cross Sharp Road. 
f.  Station 39+50:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross 3RD Avenue with 333.0 lineal feet of 12-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 4.8 miles east of Edinburg, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 60.0-feet north of the centerline of said 3RD Avenue and FM 1925.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 33 lineal feet of 21-inch SDR26 PVC casing to cross 3RD Avenue. 
g.  Station 65+00:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing  to cross Val Verde Road with 145.0 lineal feet of 12-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 5.4 miles east of Edinburg, Texas. The proposed waterline will be installed 45.0-feet north of the centerline of said Val Verde Road and FM 1925.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 33 lineal feet of 21-inch SDR26 PVC casing to cross Val Verde Road. 
h.  Station 00+00:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to install 100.0 lineal feet of 16-inch waterline to cross Mile 2 West Road approximately 1,288 lineal feet from the intersection of Mile 12 1/2 North Road and Mile 2 West Road. The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 3.75 miles southwest of La Villa, Texas.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 55 lineal feet of 26-inch x 3/8 inch steel casing to cross Mile 2 West Road. 
i.  Station 13+50:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross Mile 13 North Road with 75.0 lineal feet of 16-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 3.5 miles southwest of La Villa, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 48.0-feet west of the centerline of said Mile 2 West Road and Mile 13 North Road.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 35 lineal feet of 27-inch SDR26 PVC casing to cross Mile 13 North Road. 
j.  Station 27+00:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to install 70.0 lineal feet of 16-inch waterline along Mile 2 West Road.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 3.25 miles southwest of La Villa, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 48.0-feet west of the centerline of said Mile 2 West Road and Mile 14 North Road.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and located 1315 feet north from the intersection of Mile 13 North Road and Mile 2 West Road.
k.  Station 39+42:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross Mile 13 1/2 North Road with 75.0 lineal feet of 16-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 3.0 miles southwest of La Villa, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 48.0-feet west of the centerline of said Mile 2 West Road and Mile 13 1/2 North Road.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 35 lineal feet of 27-inch SDR26 PVC  casing to cross Mile 13 1/2 North Road.
l.  Station 66+32:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross Mile 14 North Road with 75.0 lineal feet of 16-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 2.5 miles southwest of La Villa, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 48.0-feet west of the centerline of said Mile 2 West Road and Mile 14 North Road.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 35 lineal feet of 27-inch SDR26 PVC casing to cross Mile 14 North Road.
m.  Station 92+00:  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross Mile 14 1/2 North Road with 75.0 lineal feet of 16-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 2.0 miles southwest of La Villa, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 48.0-feet west of the centerline of said Mile 2 West Road and Mile 14 1/2 North Road.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 30 lineal feet of 27-inch SDR26 PVC casing to cross Mile 14 1/2 North Road.
n.  Station 119+50: North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to cross Mile 15 North Road with 75.0 lineal feet of 16-inch waterline.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 1.5 miles southwest of La Villa, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 48.0-feet west of the centerline of said Mile 2 West Road and Mile 15 North Road.  In addition, the waterline will be 40-inches below natural ground and will be bored and encased with 40 lineal feet of 27-inch SDR26 PVC casing to cross Mile 15 North Road. 
o.  North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is proposing to install 1,485.0 lineal feet of 16-inch waterline along Mile 2 West Road.  The waterline is located in rural eastern Hidalgo County just 1.0 mile southwest of La Villa, Texas.  The proposed waterline will be installed 5.0-feet east of the west right-of-way line of said Mile 2 West Road and 40-inches below natural ground.  The waterline begins at Station 131+18  and continues north to Station 145+92 at which it will tie into an existing 16-inch waterline located within the said road right-of-way.  The proposed waterline will also cross Mile 15 1/2 North Road where it will be bored and encased with 35 lineal feet of 27-inch SDR26 PVC casing.
