Discussion, consideration and approval to disseminate the 2017 Operation Lone Star VIP Day invitation on behalf of Hidalgo County Commissioner's Court and Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District.
BACKGROUND
The purpose of this invitation is to have the participation of local and state officials and representatives attend the VIP Day luncheon on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 11:30 am at the PSJA Early College High School cafeteria located at 805 W Ridge Rd. San Juan, TX. Operation Lone Star is a full scale exercise with joint efforts of the Texas Military Forces, Texas Department of State Health Services, Texas Health & Human Services Commission, local health care leaders and volunteers who exercise the medical response for our community and offers an opportunity to provide free medical services to our communities in South Texas.
