1. Sole bidder-(Safety-Kleen)requests the addition of a Provision of "Non-Conforming Waste" be added to the County Draft agreement. Legal Counsel, advises that any Provision not stated in a County Draft agreement, should not be accepted by the County. 2. Refer to AI#57209 11/22/16. (approval to re-advertise project)
