BACKGROUND
Approval and authorization for electronic signature to be submitted on-line through DocuSign for the Victim Coordinator and Liaison Grant (VCLG) Fiscal Year 2018 prior to contract being received. Signature is required by the Office of the Attorney General to expedite the process of awarding the funds.
