Approval to enter into an updated Master Lease Agreement with Ricoh USA, Inc.  for copiers [replacing the previous CC Master Lease Agreement of  4- 27-2004  with Ikon Office Solutions, Inc. and known today as, Ricoh USA, Inc.].  

BACKGROUND

This MLA is to supersede any and all individual departmental contracts.  Legal has reviewed and approved updated MLA as to form, see attached.
