1. Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment relating to a 10 acre tract of land which encompasses Block 19-Lots 1,2,3, and 4 of the Texas Gardens Subdivision located at the intersection of FM 2221 (Mile 7 Road) and Iowa Road in La Joya, Texas.
