Requesting approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to Work Authorization No. 2 in connection to Professional Services Agreement# C-12-126-10-16 with L&G Consulting Engineering, Inc. for the purposes of [amending “Exhibit B-Services to be provided by the Engineer, Exhibit C-Work Schedule, Exhibit D-1-Project Estimated Fee Schedule] for Project:10th Street Expansion” located within Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4, subject to compliance with HB23 and/or HB1295 [when and/or if applicable].
