3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of                                             for the provision of Construction Materials Geo-technical Testing Service for an Urban County Program Year 30 (2017) San Juan Street Improvements project.

Project consists of the re-construction of several streets to include but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity and any related appurtenances.
