Subject to HB 1295 Compliance, requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Castle Enterprises, LLC in the amount of $252,189.69 (base bid). UCP Fiscal Year 26, 29 & 30 (2013, 2016 & 2017) Alamo – Water/Sewer Improvement funds will be utilized.

The Urban County Program has requested and received bids for the City of Alamo – Water/Sewer Improvements. Quintanilla, Headley and Associates, Inc. prepared the specification packages and bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County – Purchasing Department on January 10, 2018.   After review the project engineer recommended Castle Enterprises, LLC as the lowest of thirteen (13) qualified bidders. (See attached recommendation letter from Eulalio Ramirez, P.E., bid tabulation sheet, contract, certificate of liability insurance and HB 1295 form).
