BACKGROUND
AEP is a sole provider of light service in the Peñitas, city limits. The city is requesting street lights and street light poles to be installed utilizing the FY 2015 Peñitas Street Improvements project line item. (Attached for review is the AEP Contribution-In-Aid-of Construction Agreement and Sole Source Declaration)
