BACKGROUND
The FY18 Title IV-E annual budgets were approved by CC on 10/17/17. A new County Auditor was appointed on 11/20/17; therefore, Form 2031 must be submitted to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to add the new County Auditor as an authorized signatory. The First Assistant County Auditor will also be added as an authorized signatory.
