DA-Victim Coordinator and Liaison Grant (VCLG) (1281)/Criminal DA (1100):
1. Approval to ratify electronic signature submitted on-line for the Victim Coordinator and Liaison Grant (VCLG) Fiscal Year 2019 contract. (2nd year of a two year contract application)
2. Approval to accept the VCLG in the amount of $42,000.00 effective 09/01/2018 through 08/31/2019.
3. Approval of certification of revenues as certified by the County Auditor for the FY 2019 VCLG.
4. Approval to appropriate the FY 2019 VCLG funds.
5. Approval to reclassify fringe benefits expenditures to the Criminal DA - General Fund Account.

Approval to ratify electronic signature, submitted on-line, for the Victim Coordinator and Liaison Grant (VCLG) Fiscal Year 2019 (2nd Year of a two year application) as requested by the Office of the Attorney General prior to contract being received and awarded.

Fringes to be reclassified to the District Attorney's Criminal DA-General Fund Account (#8-1100-412-00-080-002-0-XXX)

Please Note: Funds are being appropriated as issued by granting agency. The full amount of the $42,000.00 is used for salaries, but due to a change is personnel that created a lapse in salaries in the previous fiscal year, a budget adjustment was submitted to reallocate funds so that we may fully utilize the grant funds. (See AI#64888) Funds were reallocated as follows: $40,311.00 Salaries; $1,689.00 Fringes. These amounts were carried over into the new Fiscal Year because the application for funds was for a two consecutive fiscal years period. (See AI#59150) We are accepting the grant as is and as per the Grant Manager instructions we will submit a budget adjustment to reallocate all the funds into salaries once we receive the detail budget forms from the Office of the Attorney General.
