1.  Approval to utilize the 60 day grace period at the end of the contract term, as stated in contract C-17-156-09-05 - "Purchase of Concrete Mix & Delivery" with Magic Valley Concrete while procurement process is completed under the same rates, terms and conditions commencing: Dec. 9, 2018 - Feb. 06, 2019;
2.  Authority to advertise and approval of the sealed procurement bid packet ( i.e. specifications/ requirements, legal notice, draft requirements agreement etc.) as attached hereto for the project titled:  "Purchase of Concrete Mix & Delivery" for Hidalgo County under project #2018-245-2019-SGS, including the re-advertisement of project in the event no bids are received and/or are rejected and project, is still required.
