1. Discussion and approval of a third amendment to the Full Service Deputy Contract by and between Hidalgo County and BridgePoint Insurance Agency & Permit Center, LLC subject to the Full Service Deputy providing surety bonds in the amount of $100,000 per location and final legal review. 
2. Discussion and approval of Attachment D RTS Workstation Lease Agreement for the use of State of Texas Automation Equipment by and between the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and the County of Hidalgo. 

The agreement between the County of Hidalgo and the State of Texas Registration and Title System amendment reflects five (5) additional systems that will be located at full service deputy BridgePoint Insurance Agency & Permit Center in Donna, Texas and Mission, Texas.  Hidalgo County has an agreement in place with TxDMV to lease additional equipment for providing services related to the operation of the automated registration and titling system.  This is in accordance with Texas Transportation Code Sec 520.0093.  The full service deputy sub-leases from the county all receipt printing equipment (Point of Sale Workstation) and supplies needed for issuance to the public by the full service deputy vehicle registration renewals and title transfers.  BridgePoint Insurance is currently sub-leasing ten (10) RTS workstations thus bringing the total to fifteen (15) leased systems.
